How much will it cost? Free
When can I pick up? We are open most days throughout the week for collections, between set times. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted via email of the next collection days and times - and, if that day/time doesn't suit, you will have the option to select from the other collection days available within the next week.
Where are you located? Collection is from a private home in Norman Park, Queensland. You will be advised of the address upon checking out. Please note that, as a home based business, we are strictly open by appointment by only. The collection of your purchase must be pre-arranged; this is done after your purchase where you will have the option to select which collection date suits you & also nominate a collection time (usually within a set period of between 1.5 - 3 hours).
I can no longer collect on the day that I arranged, what do I do? If for any reason you cannot collect your purchase on the day/time you select, please email us at hello.epilo@gmail.com or call 0424526966 as soon as possible.

What if I'm new to plants?
This is a judgement-free zone. It doesn't matter how many plants you own (or have owned (RIP)), every plant comes with simple care instructions and access to our team to answer any questions you might have.
Where do you deliver to?
We hand deliver all plants on our website to any address within a 15km radius of our store. We can also express post our plants to all non-quarantined states.
What if it is a gift?
Please make a note of this at checkout so we can supply the plant without the invoice and pricing information. You also have the option of adding a gift card and wrapping on your cart page!
