CURRENT OPEN POSITION
We are seeking a staff member to join the epilo family and assist across all areas of the business. Someone who is available for around 3-4 shifts a week in the jungle & can work the machine like a pro.
We’re not chasing just a run-of-the mill barista who is chained to the machine, we’re looking for someone who can bring life to the store, make our customers laugh and seamlessly transition between non-stop coffees during our peak hour, to quiet afternoons with the plants.

MUST HAVE: Existing barista skills

MUST HAVE: Ability to work in all areas of the cafe, not just making coffee

MUST HAVE: A passion for plants or at least interested in learning more

IMORTANT:This role is not exclusively coffee-making, as we are a small team you’ll also be required to assist with - all aspects of customer service, taking orders, serving, money handling, light food prep (toasting sandwiches etc), restocking milks, food and other cafe supplies, opening / closing duties, Waiting tables & general cleaning etc.

We are flexible on your rostered days and the total amount of hours you wish to take on. You will not be working every weekend!

We offer unlimited free coffee for you (of course!) plus lunch on a full shift

6.30am is the earliest start as our store opens at 7. We close at 2pm so you’ll be out of here around 3pm. Most shifts are 4-8 hours. Total amount of hours is between 20 - 30 hours a week, depending on your ability, availabilities, and desires. Availabilities on weekends is essential (although you won't be rostered on every weekend!)
