CURRENT OPEN POSITION
We are seeking a staff member to join the epilo family and assist across all areas; barista and front of house, to food prep and plant care.
We’re not chasing just a run-of-the mill barista who is chained to the machine, we’re looking for someone who can bring life to the store, make our customers feel welcome and show great initiative.
We pride ourselves on the welcoming, relaxing environment we have nurtured over the past few years.
More about you:

MUST HAVE existing barista skills and at least 1 year experience working as a barista in an Australian cafe.

A great attitude, willingness to work efficiently and show initiative.

Willingness to learn and help with all aspects of customer service, taking orders, serving, money handling, food prep (toasting sandwiches etc), restocking milks, food and other cafe supplies, opening / closing duties, waiting tables & general cleaning.

We are flexible on your rostered days and the total amount of hours you wish to take on. You will not be working every weekend if you don't want to!

We offer unlimited free coffee for you (of course!) plus lunch on a full shift

Most shifts are between 4-8 hours. Total amount of hours is between 16 - 24 hours a week, depending on your ability, availabilities, and desires. Availabilities on weekends is essential (although you won't be rostered on every weekend!)
