We're bringing epilo to you - a seasonal flower arrangement and a freshly made ceremonial iced matcha, packed together in one of our signature carry boxes. Very limited number available, slots open Monday morning and sell out fast. Because some days, you deserve something beautiful delivered straight to you.
Cancellation Policy
By completing a booking you agree to the following: Payment All boxes must be paid in full at the time of booking. No payment, no booking. Delivery Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout during your allocated delivery window. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is home to receive your order. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage that occurs after the order has been left at your address. Cancellations + Changes All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a booking is confirmed. If you need to change your delivery address, contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery day. Substitutions Flowers chosen are seasonal and subject to availability. Each box will be different and we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the box. Perishable Product Your box contains fresh flowers and a cold matcha drink. Both are perishable. Please consume your matcha on the day of delivery and follow basic flower care for longevity.
